These photographs are of Grandma McElhiney's garden, which was located behind her home in Hayward, California. Patrick R. McElhiney helped her to work on the garden from time to time when he visited with his dad. Patrick's father also helped with the garden a lot, as well as Dave McElhiney, who lived in the downstairs of Grandma's house.
