Gerrymandering Cases

There are currently two gerrymandering cases that may be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court, in the states of Ohio and Michigan. In these cases, the Republicans may have illegally misrepresented a district to be more Republican than Democrat in order to win elections. There are also two other gerrymandering cases in North Carolina and Maryland.
